FAQ's

Shipping Info - Our beautiful art prints are shipped from our printers in QLD via Aus Post or Sendle depending on location. Your parcel will arrive as a tough rigid envelope or tubed for larger prints. 

Frames - Our website images are for display purposes only, our art does not come framed. We recommend frames from Spotlight, Kmart, Big W, IKEA. 

Paper Dimensions - A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm 
                                  A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm
                                  A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm 
Processing time - Art prints are made to order, please allow 3-4 BUSINESS days for us to create and process. 
Art Print colours - Please note that our art prints may look slightly different to what you see on screen. Each and every computer monitor will have different lighting and throw slightly different colours. We can assure you our art is vibrant and beautiful. 
Paper - We print on a 310gsm matte fine art paper. This paper has a lovely velvety finish. 
Sizing - The largest print we can do is  A2 - Our printers size capacity is A2 paper.
